About me

I’m a qualified Life Coach with a background in Psychology, Teaching and Complementary Medicine, and I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, rebuild their confidence and create a life that feels fulfilling and truly their own.

For the past six years, I have been coaching clients, supporting them through periods of change, uncertainty and personal growth. Helping people feel confident, connected and more like themselves.

As a mother, who has changed careers, my particular passion is working with women who feel ‘stuck in a rut’, have lost sight of who they are, or feel that something is missing from their lives.

Is this you?

Perhaps you have spent years putting everyone else first. Maybe your circumstances have changed, your children have grown, your relationship has changed, or you have simply reached a point where you are asking yourself, ‘Is this really it?’ You may know that you want more from life but feel unsure about what that looks like or where to begin.

You might be struggling with confidence or self-esteem, questioning your identity, feeling unfulfilled, or finding that your relationships are affecting how you feel about yourself.

Improving your relationships

I support women who want to improve and strengthen their relationships, whether that is with a romantic partner, family members, friends or colleagues.

I can help you explore things such as:

  • Building confidence in communicating your thoughts, feelings and needs.
  • Developing healthier boundaries without feeling guilty.
  • Learning to say no when you really mean no.
  • Understanding patterns that may be repeating in your relationships.
  • Becoming more confident in expressing yourself.
  • Managing difficult or challenging conversations.
  • Understanding what you need from your relationships.
  • Recognising when you may be putting other people’s needs before your own.
  • Improving communication and connection with a partner.
  • Navigating changes within romantic relationships.
  • Building healthier relationships with family members.
  • Developing stronger and more fulfilling friendships.
  • Handling challenging relationships in the workplace.
  • Becoming less concerned with pleasing everyone else.
  • Developing a stronger sense of self-worth within your relationships.

A personal approach

My role isn’t to tell you what you should do with your life or your relationships.

I understand how difficult it can be to feel stuck or disconnected from yourself. My approach is also shaped by my own experiences of change, self-discovery and finding my way back to myself.

I know that wanting something different doesn’t necessarily mean you know exactly what that ‘different’ looks like — and that’s where coaching can help.

Through coaching, I will help you explore who you are, what you want, what may be holding you back and what needs to change.

Together, we can work towards developing your confidence and self-esteem, understanding your needs, improving your communication and relationships, creating healthier boundaries and helping you take steps towards a life that feels more aligned with you.
